MachineryTek — 5-Year Limited Warranty

1. What is covered

MachineryTek warrants that the products purchased from machinerytek.com are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

2. Scope of coverage

During the 5-year warranty period, MachineryTek will, at its option, repair or replace (with new or refurbished parts) any defective component that fails under normal use. Repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days after repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

3. What is not covered

• Routine maintenance and wear items (e.g., belts, filters, cutting edges, hydraulic hoses unless failure is due to defect).
• Damage from misuse, negligence, improper installation, failure to maintain, modifications, or use beyond rated capacity.
• Damage caused by external forces (transport damage after delivery, fire, flood, corrosion, theft, vandalism, acts of nature).
• Consumables, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.

Please provide your order number, product serial number, description of the problem, and photos or video if available. Proof of purchase and inspection may be required.

5. Shipping & service

If a covered defect is confirmed, MachineryTek will arrange repair, replace the defective part, or provide return shipping instructions. Shipping costs for return may be covered when the defect is confirmed; otherwise the customer may be responsible.

6. Limitations & exclusions

MachineryTek’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the affected product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachineryTek is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, loss of use, or downtime).

7. Transferability
